formal but still friendly Solarese
term of address. Approximately equivalent to the old
Earth Communist/Soviet "Comrade". Everyone is an equally
valued member of society, part of the Solar Dominion.
During the Second Federation and comemp
period it had different connotations to the Negentropist
use of the term. Later the two became more or less synonymous.
